    Wz Fitness Movement has all the buzz on jumping into good health on the trampoline.
 
    Even people who don't exercise can ease into bouncing and get all the benefits of a good workout. 

    It's amazing what jumping on a trampoline can do for your body. This buzz is for You:

-Bouncing gives you a boost of energy which builds up stamina and enhances coordination.

-Jumping strengthens your heart, cardiovascular system, lungs, and respiratory system.

-Jumping also strengthens your tendons, muscles, ligaments, and every cell in your body. 

-The strengthening of cells and organs also increase your immune system to fight off illness and disease.

-Jumping gets your lymphatic system moving so it flushes all kinds of dead cells, cancer cells, toxins, fat, bacteria, and viruses out of your body.

-Jumping increases your bone density. 

-NASA uses the trampolines gravitational force of jumping to train and keep astronauts in shape.

-Most importantly Buzzers when your feeling sad or "moody" jumping can alter your disposition to keep you happy! 

-Find a trampoline jump and BEE HEALTHY HAPPY!

    WzTheBuzz Dani sends a reminder to jump safely. Always wear shoes that have ankle support to avoid sprains. Setting up your trampoline properly and low controlled jumping will increase the effect of your workout, and ensure you land in the correct place on the trampoline.
