Cooking with Aunt Lori PEPPERMINT BARK
Ingredients:
•11 oz white baking chips
•11 oz milk chocolate baking chips
•1/2 tsp peppermint extract
•12 candy canes

Directions:
•Place candy canes in food processor and crunch.
•Line sheet with parchment paper.
•Melt milk chocolate in microwave by heating at 50% for 1 minute and stirring until smooth.
•Pour milk chocolate into pan and level.
•Pour crushed peppermint over white chocolate.
•Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
